For this week’s bettering yourself exercise, I am going to stop having a big reaction to a small problem.  Sometimes my thoughts build things up to be more important or than they are, and I start projecting into the future.

This week, by staying in the present, I will work on keeping the  small things small and not give them more importance than they deserve.  I will let you know how it goes next week.
