This week I am going to practice gratitude to give thanks for who I am and what I have. Gratitude is a spirit lifting force, that chases away sadness, and brings more joy into your life.

For this week’s Bettering Yourself topic, I am going to pay attention to all the good things that come into my life without any effort on my part, and also be grateful for those things I have worked hard for. I am going to write down what I am grateful for, and say THANK-YOU! Next week I will let you know how it went.
