Bettering Yourself Week 30 – July 22 – Jul 28, 2013 – Clear Up My Brain Fog

I find the adage “You are what you eat” is true for me.

After I eat greasy, fried foods, or fat laden sweets, my brain seems to fog up.

So for this week’s bettering yourself challenge, I am going to eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables to clear up my brain fog.

I went on holiday last weekend and I noticed that after eating in restaurants I felt lethargic and forgetful.   I will let you know how I did next week.
