He told him to remember to stretch 3 times a day. It’s a simple way to keep his back feeling looser.
When I came back home with the groceries today, my dog Rocko was stretching on the couch (see photo). He always remembers to stretch his body, it is second nature to him.
The stretch my husband does to loosen his back muscles is: he lies on his back and pulls one knee up and holds it in his hand for a count of ten. Then he brings his knee across to the other side of his body and looks in the opposite direction, and repeats on the other side.
