Review of Week 27 – Watching My Thoughts

 

For this week’s bettering yourself challenge,  Watching my Thoughts, I learned that my thoughts are more positive when I trust in my nature, like Wayne Dyer says.  My own nature knows who I am and why I am here, but when I don’t  trust my nature,   fear and frustration creep into my thoughts.

When we let go of the need to control ourselves or others, or our attachment to things, we are  free.  When our thoughts are free from attachments, we can be ourselves instead of being in reaction mode.

We came into the world not controlling ourselves and everything worked out. We also came with nothing, and will leave with nothing, so letting go of our attachment to things is freeing, and knowing we can change our thoughts to align with our true nature leads to peace.
