For this week’s bettering yourself exercise, I looked at how good I am at dealing with plan b, the unexpected.  I learned that I am much more resilient in mid life in bouncing back after a loss or setback than when I was younger.

I have learned to accept “what is”, with faith that the reason will unfold later, instead of judging an event as “bad”.  Letting go helps the loss fade away faster, and helps you get back to the present moment where everything is alright.
