This week, I got a piece of paper and wrote down all the people and animals and things that were most important to me. so I could spend more time focusing on those things and less time on what’s not so important.
During the week, I took small steps towards achieving my goal, and learned that one thing that is important to me is helping others achieve their goals, so I did this as well.
By focusing on what is important to me, I felt more clarity and weeded out things that zap my energy and don’t add value to my life, like watching sports on tv, or searching for items in stores, or juggling too many tasks at once and getting frustrated that I’m not doing any of them well.
