For this week’s bettering yourself exercise, I dined on various healthy foods like wild sockeye salmon, broccoli and blueberries and it helped to clear up my brain fog .
Also, my neighbor Gill gave me a bucket of delicious fresh blackberries that he picked on his hike to thank me for having his dog Zoe over to play with Rocko. (She is Rocko’s girlfriend).
Eating healthier made me feel more mental clarity, and improved my memory. I also had eough energy to do my all my tasks without feeling sleepy by the evening.
In addition, I drank a lot of water between meals, which also helped.
