Creativity is What You Have, in These Can’t Have Covid Times

The Covid virus times make me

And create.

Fast food has turned to slow home cooking:

I cook quinoa which is slower than cooking rice or pasta, because it’s healthier.

I grow vegetables, which is slower than shopping for them, because it’s healthier.

I spend more time sleeping because it’s the number one immunity booster.

I take the time to take vitamins.

I use cinnamon, lemon, and clove essential oils in my diffuser to disinfect the air, help my breathing, and put pretty colored lights and steam into my home.

I go for slow, long walks, with my dog.
